This error often arises due to invalid hyperlinks, especially when email addresses are transformed into hyperlinks in Excel.

Solutions

Please try the following resolutions in order:

  1. Convert Incompatible Hyperlinks to Text in Excel:

    • Reupload the file into the Cube Updater.
