Microsoft Excel Cube Permission Issue - You do not have access to one or more cube(s)
This error is an access issue or link issue between the system and the cube attempting to be opened.
- Most commonly, this indicates the file you're trying to access has a mixture of cubes from other connections or websites you don't have access to. You'll need to remove all connections or cubes from the file for those you do not have access to.
- Another possibility is that you actually don't have access in Catalyst to the cube in question (e.g. Financial, Profitability, etc. ). Ensure that you have access to the cube via the system by going to Catalyst > Analysis. If the cube you're trying to access isn't present there, that means you won't be able to access it in Excel. Your internal Catalyst admin will need to modify your user permissions.
- Check the file is saved or opened as an .xlsm and that macros are enabled. If the answer to both is true, verify that the cube works for another user. If the cube works for another user, contact your company's system administrator or EBM Support.
