How to make changes to revenue by item in a budget?

I've already uploaded a budget and now I want to make changes. What do I do?

You can make changes to a budget scenario in the Catalyst user interface, but it'll probably be easier to use the Excel options dropdown to export a file and make your changes there. 

1. Under the Planning tab in Catalyst, click Rate Planning. 
2. From here, choose your filters, such as company and the budget scenario. Note, that if you don't do this there likely will be too many records to export. 
   
3. Next, click Advanced Export under Excel Options and select the companies you want included and which profitability accounts, such as Gross Sales. 
   
4. Use this Excel file template to modify your budget and reload via the EBM Office Bridge ribbon in Excel.
