NOTE: Passwords are no longer managed by EBM Software or within the Catalyst UI. Your login credentials are now tied to your organization’s Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On) system.
Current Password Management
If you experience password issues, you’ll need to contact your internal IT department. Your Microsoft account is managed by your organization, and any password resets or changes must be done through your company’s Microsoft tools (such as passwordreset.microsoftonline.com) or by following your internal IT procedures.
Legacy Environments: Resetting or Changing Your Password (if applicable)
In rare cases, you may still be on an older Catalyst environment that hasn’t been migrated to Microsoft SSO. If that applies to you, and the login screen allows for password reset or change, follow the steps below:
Resetting Your Password
- Go to the Catalyst login page.
- Enter your email address and click "Forgot your password?"
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a temporary password email. This password is valid for 24 hours.
- Return to the login page and enter the temporary password.
- Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to set a new permanent password.
Changing Your Password (if you're already logged in)
- While logged into Catalyst, click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner next to your name.
- Select "Change Password."
- Follow the prompts to enter your current password and set a new one.
