Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time Error

Error Message: Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time error 2147... The operation timed out.

File upload error - Operation Times Out

Description:

When attempting to upload to EBM from Excel, the operation times out and eventually produces an error similar to the above screenshot: Microsoft Visual Basic Run-Time Error, including a error code beginning with 2147.

Solution:

This is an Excel-based error message, not an EBM Catalyst error. The fix is to unprotect the file or save/open it from a Trusted Location: How do I create a Trusted Location in Excel?
 

 
To manually unprotect a file, right-click it and select Properties. Then select "Unblock" and apply.
