Overview
Earlier today, users experienced issues with embedded Power BI reports failing to load within the application.

What Happened
An expired authentication credential in the Power BI Embedded integration prevented the application from authenticating requests needed to render reports.
Impact
All clients were unable to access embedded Power BI reports during the incident.
Underlying data and source systems were not affected.
Resolution
The issue was resolved by updating and re-establishing the expired authentication credential. Service has been fully restored.
Duration
Approximately 2 hours.
Prevention Measures
We’ve updated our credential management process to ensure this does not recur. Expiration notifications are now routed to an actively monitored distribution list, and additional safeguards are in place to proactively refresh credentials ahead of expiration.
