We’re excited to introduce AI Suggestions, a new intelligent assistant built directly into the EBM Help Center and Catalyst support widget. Whether you’re exploring Catalyst, troubleshooting a workflow, or just curious about a term, AI Suggestions makes finding answers faster and more intuitive than ever.
When you click the “Need any help?” widget in Catalyst, you can now:
Search Help Center articles and get relevant results in seconds
Ask natural-language questions like “What are hierarchies?” or “How do I delete a scenario?”
Get AI-powered answers that summarize information from across our Help Center
Access related guides and release notes right inside the chat
Connect to a live agent or submit a request when you need deeper help
AI Suggestions is designed to bridge the gap between self-service learning and direct support, giving you on-demand access to definitions, best practices, and the latest product updates, all from within your Catalyst instance.
How It Works
When you open the support widget and type a question, the AI assistant scans our Help Center in real time to identify the most relevant answers and supporting articles.
Each response includes a concise summary plus links to related resources so you can explore further if you’d like.
💡 Example: Ask “What are attributes?” and AI Suggestions will define the term, explain where it appears in Catalyst, and link you directly to the article that covers it in detail.
The more our knowledge base grows, the smarter AI Suggestions becomes, continuously improving as new content, tutorials, and release notes are added.
Why It’s Useful
With AI Suggestions, you don’t have to leave Catalyst to find help. It’s perfect for those moments when you’re mid-workflow and just need a quick answer.
This new capability pairs perfectly with the Catalyst Resource Center, which provides guided learning paths, product tutorials, and best-practice documentation, all of which AI Suggestions can now reference in its responses.
