1. Data or Access Availability Issues
-
Submit All Required Files on Time
Missing files can delay or stop data processing. Implement a process to ensure all required files are submitted on time and in the designated location. -
Maintain Network Connectivity
Network issues may block our access to your systems. Set up an internal process to monitor network connectivity and notify us of any outages. -
Keep Permissions Consistent
Changes to access permissions can block data integration. Notify us before making any changes to your permissions to avoid disruptions. -
Ensure the Integration Runtime is Running Consistently
If the Integration Runtime is not running, it can stop the data flow. Internally monitor the Runtime and inform us of any issues. -
Keep Database Permissions Stable
Altering database permissions can disrupt access. Communicate with us about any planned changes before implementation. -
Ensure Database Server Availability
Your database server needs to stay accessible for continuous data processing. Notify us of any planned outages. -
Stabilize Your Network
A stable network is crucial for uninterrupted data transfer. Monitor your network internally and communicate any potential interruptions. -
