Overview

This release includes 2 new features and 21 bug fixes focused on improving reliability across Catalyst, Diligent, and Smartload. Users will notice smoother data handling, more predictable uploads, fewer UI inconsistencies, and stronger protection against errors during table builds, restores, and configuration tasks.

What’s New

Catalyst

• The cube build process now retries a specific intermittent failure message, reducing stalled or delayed updates.

Smartload

• You can add calculated columns to the standard Time table, including dynamic columns like a “Current Date” that updates automatically each month.

Bug Fixes

Diligent: Improved handling of attribute tables created from combined columns; fixed calculation names not updating; smoother instance restores when database names differ; consistent configuration options for measures and formats; validation fixes for Distinct Count and Count options; stable behavior when editing users; and UI polish across configuration areas.

Smartload: Excel uploads no longer reopen tab-selection modals; consolidated mapping saves handle renamed and added columns correctly; inactive users no longer receive build emails; clearer sample-table placeholder text; CSV uploads accept date fields in the first column; relationship icons stay active after CSV uploads; icon cleanup for calculated columns; CSV exports correctly wrap values with commas; calculated-measure folders no longer show empty options; and multiple fixes reducing mapping, upload, and save errors.

Platform: More reliable cube resyncs during deployments; improved handling of security-related execution issues; fixes for apostrophes in user searches; corrected tempdb file cleanup during releases; and UI consistency fixes on Manage User pages in Ontario.
