Overview

This release includes 5 new features and 28 fixes to make Smartload, Diligent, and Catalyst easier to use. Highlights: clearer scenario messages, faster hierarchy scanning, custom DAX formats, smarter CSV/Excel export choices, and a quicker way to build mapping files from your source data.

What’s New

Catalyst

Improved warning when a scenario can’t be deleted/archived: explains Smartload-linked scenarios, suggests hiding via visibility, and points to support.
Manage Hierarchy – sorting & paging: add column sorting everywhere and choose page size for faster scanning.

Smartload

Custom DAX measure formatting: define your own format strings, not just presets.
Auto CSV/Excel export logic: large exports route to CSV to avoid memory errors; moderate sizes stay in Excel.

Diligent

Mapping – Build from Source Data: select multiple FACT columns to auto-generate a Combined Column and download a distinct list (with the individual columns included) for easy mapping.

Bug Fixes

Catalyst: Clearer currency upload errors (with company and ID), dark-mode fixes in System Info, safer job checks and deadlock retries, better permission/lock handling, accurate tooltips, improved restore paths, and post-build validation to catch invalid cubes early.

Diligent: Smoother mapping uploads (auto-select single-sheet Excel, correct CSV icon, proper required-name validation), stable drag/drop reorder, correct titles/descriptions, more helpful unauthorized page, dark-mode user pickers, auto-close download modal, better legibility, cleaner Excel outputs, reliable instance creation, and consolidated-cube type alignment.

Smartload: Removed misleading Add Data error when columns auto-update, friendlier attribute hierarchy display names, better handling of large consolidated-table saves, and fewer deadlocks during multi-table operations.

Compass: Restored message posting when an access token was missing.
