How do I submit a question to EBM Support? – EBM Software

To submit a ticket you must fill out the new request form.

Go to the new request page: Submit a request – EBM Software
Fill out the form
1. Email address: Enter your email address.
2. What do you need help with? select the best available option from the list.
3. Product: Select the best available option from the list.
4. Catalyst or Diligent area: Choose the specific page from the product you’re working on.
5. Website or page address: Paste the URL to your Catalyst or Diligent website URL.
6. Priority: Urgent, High, Normal, Low.
7. Subject: Give your request a brief title or subject.
8. Description: Main body of the request, include all relevant details.
9. Attachments: Attach any relevant documents or files. Try to always include the file in question or a link to it, as well as screenshots or recordings of the issue.
Click Submit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email informing you we’ve received your request. You can reply to that email to communicate about this matter.
