Requirements
To edit or manage hierarchies the user must be a Business Owner to that hierarchy or a Client Admin with full rights.
Business Owner Definition
Business Owner is defined as a user or group of users you want to have access to edit and manage a specific a hierarchy without giving them full admin rights as a Client Admin. It also allows you to set notifications for mapping unassigned hierarchies.
Email Notifications for Unassigned Accounts
Learn how to automate email notifications for new accounts in Catalyst by following these simple steps:

Navigate to Catalyst and access the primary hierarchy settings.

Click on "Administration" followed by "Site Management."

Choose "Hierarchy" and proceed to "Edit the Hierarchy."

Select the "Business Owners" tab.

Add the desired user or group who should receive notifications.

Configure the notification settings according to your preferences.
Additionally, note that granting access to the selected hierarchy will also provide the user with full access to its associated data.
